A sustainable farm-based luxury resort, it’s home to 325 acres of lush greenery that encase an inn with 62 rooms and suites, 16 guest cottages, Tennessee's largest spa, two pools, two signature restaurants, and a working farm. Along with the biodynamic working farm that sustains the resort restaurants, the property boasts expansive apple orchards, an orangerie, thriving greenhouses and a seasonal farm stand. There are 47 Polk Rooms (494-550 square feet), 12 Cumberland Rooms (604-616 square feet), 2 Caney Fork Suites (1,224 square feet), and 1 Tennessee Suite (1,529 square feet).Tucked away among towering trees on a hardwood ridge, the Hilltop and Arbor cottages are the ultimate in privacy, exclusivity and luxury. The Hilltop cottages offer one and two bedroom options. The most secluded accommodations, ideal for couples, are the stilted Arbor Cottages, where you’ll feel like you’re camping in the treetops with floor-to-ceiling windows, swinging bed, and large wrap-around porches. There are 7 Arbor Cottages (564 square feet) and 9 Hillside Cottages (837-1,747 square feet).
