Ananda in the Himalayas presents the Reset & Reconnect Retreat at Casa Palmela, a luxurious 5-star haven in Arrábida Nature Park, Portugal. This 4-night journey in February 2025 focuses on achieving holistic wellness for the mind, body, and spirit.

The retreat offers a meticulously curated program that includes daily rituals, mindfulness practices, Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, yoga, meditation, and a personalized approach to healing. Participants will enjoy the benefits of:

  • Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultations and Lifestyle Guidance: Led by Dr. Naresh Perumbuduri, a fifth-generation Ayurvedic physician, these consultations provide personalized wellness plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Signature Ayurvedic Therapies: Delivered by Ananda’s expert therapists, these treatments are designed to rejuvenate, restore balance, and promote vitality.
  • Immersive Yoga, Meditation, and Healing Consultations: Guided by Therese Skovgaard Poulsen, an acclaimed Sanskrit scholar and senior yoga teacher, these sessions combine traditional yoga practices with mindfulness and breathwork.
  • Learning and Interactive Discussions: Insightful sessions on Ayurveda, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy will be led by Dr. Naresh and Therese, offering practical tools for long-term well-being.

Price Inclusions: The price includes luxurious accommodation at Casa Palmela, daily wellness meals, on-site consultations, Ayurvedic therapies, yoga and meditation sessions, an Ayurvedic culinary workshop, and taxes (VAT 23%). Transport not inclusive.

Terms and Conditions:

  • A minimum of 8 participants is required to operate the retreat
  • A 30% deposit is needed to secure participation in the retreat
  • The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins
  • For cancellations made between 60 and 45 days prior to the retreat, a 50% penalty applies; the remaining balance with be refunded
  • For cancellations within 45 days of the retreat start date, a 100% penalty applies, and no balance will be refunded
  • The organization reserves the right to cancel the retreat no later than 60 days before the start date. In such cases, the deposit will either be transferred to a future retreat or refunded
