Aleomandra Resort

Overview

Offering stunning sea views from Ornos Bay along five acres dotted with olive trees and flora and fauna, Aleomandra Resort is a peaceful enclave that pays homage to the natural beauty of the sun-kissed Mykonos. While this Greek Cycladic isle is known for its St. Tropez-meets-Ibiza summer scene on the mainland, Aleomandra epitomizes authentic Greek hospitality experienced in a traditional Cycladic village where Aegean tranquility intertwines with a "Dionysian fiesta” to create the most unforgettable experience. A true passion project, the resort is the brainchild of the seasoned hospitality gurus behind Athenian hotspots Sea Spice, Pere and Ubu. Boasting just 25 spacious suites and two villas, the interiors celebrate its bucolic setting while blending into its coastal environment. Designed by K-Studio, a Greek architectural firm, and interiors by Vangelis Bonios, its esthetic mirrors the iconic white-washed walls and pink bougainvilleas spotted in Mykonos town. Days are easily spent soaking in the sun around the infinity pool and savoring modern Greek dishes at its atmospheric restaurant where you can smell fresh bread baked daily. If you can pull yourself away from your lounge chaise, don’t miss sailing along the cerulean waters to beautiful coves, exploring the alleys of Mykonos Town, trying local Greek specialties like kopanistí, or visiting Little Venice or the iconic ancient Windmills. For history buffs, take a day trip to the nearby island of Delos to see the birthplace of the Greek God Apollo. As the sun sets illuminating the sky, enjoy cocktails and dine al fresco at Aleomandra’s restaurant specializing in modern Greek cuisine. Fostering community, it will host weekly intimate dinners for guests. Here enjoy the spectacular Mykonos sunrise and sunset and the simplicity of life with your loved ones. Opening June 2020.
