December 31st: Welcome Gathering (19:30 to 20:30)
The evening commences with a warm welcome from our team. Join us from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM for a delightful welcome gathering, where handcrafted cocktails and delectable canapés will set the tone for the night ahead. It’s the perfect opportunity to mingle and make new friends before the festivities begin.
Special Dinner (20:30 to 00:00)
At 8:30 PM, our elegant dining room transforms into a haven for gastronomic indulgence. Prepare to be captivated by a seven-course gourmet menu that promises to be a culinary masterpiece. Each course is a symphony of flavors that will take you on a journey through the senses. As you savor these exquisite dishes, live music will provide a harmonious backdrop.
New Year’s Eve Party (00:00 to 01:30)
At the stroke of midnight, we usher in the new year with an extravagant New Year’s Eve Party. Join in the Spanish tradition of “The Grapes,” a moment of collective anticipation and celebration. Partake in the Cotillion, dance into the night to rhythmic beats, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. An open bar will be at your service to ensure that the festivities continue into the early hours of 2024.
January 1st: New Year’s Day
Some of us will get up early for a light breakfast and to enjoy the first morning of 2024 while others of us will surely sleep in.
For those seeking an indulgent start to the year, we offer an optional elegant brunch. This lavish spread will be complimented with Cava, Bloody Marys, bottomless Mimosas, including creative desserts and a selection of premium teas and coffees. We look forward to wrapping up our gathering with some great stories while we enjoy the fantastic cuisine of Mas d’en Bruno one last time.
