When it comes to which villa to book, there truly isn’t a wrong choice—it is simply a matter of personal preference. All the accommodations at Kokomo are truly luxurious, and all feature private plunge pools, expansive decks, and breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean and landscape. Kokomo’s Sunrise Villas are considered more private, as they are set back slightly from the beach, with a lawn area between the villa’s pool and the sand. Alternatively, the Sunset Villas on the island’s opposite side are set directly on the beach where all the water sports, activities, hotel restaurants and pool are located, making these the better options for families and groups. The resort aims to grow and source the majority of their produce, fruits and herbs on their 5.5-acre organic farm, which you can choose to tour with the head Chef, who will teach you about Kokomo’s plants and take you through the stunning flower, vegetable, and herb gardens. The farm is a fun and interesting spot to explore on Kokomo, and it comes complete with a hydroponic greenhouse, chicken coop, beehives, and sea-salt making station!
