With 7.5 lush acres surrounded by a lush forest of palm trees and sparkling aquamarine waters overlooking a turquoise lagoon and towering lush mountain peaks, this perfectly secluded estate has the intimacy and personal touches of a private residence with the exceptional service and amenities of a five-star resort. While it is situated on the same island that is home to the St. Regis and Four Seasons resorts, Bora Bora One exudes the ultimate paradisiacal island experience.

The estate’s new renovations include five suites with a colonial-meets-traditional Tahitian design (which sleep up to 10 guests), tahaa stone walls, teak flooring, a brand-new tennis court, a lush tropical garden, a state-of-the-art gym (equipped with a Woodway Wattbike, a Concept 2 rower, and a boxing area with punching and speed bags) and an expansive pool deck with luxurious daybeds, chaise lounges and hammocks to relax on as you take in the stunning views.

The newly refurbished interiors have furnishings and decor sourced from local craftsmen, and photographs and artwork from the owner’s own impressive collection, some of which have been commissioned by renown local artist and sculptor Teva Victor. Known for his use of natural materials native to French Polynesia like wood and volcanic stone, Victor imbues his love of the islands into his work, which is reflected throughout the stunning property. With a location conveniently close to the larger, bustling luxury resorts yet still perfected secluded from the crowds, guests truly have the best of both worlds at Bora Bora One.

Each of the estate’s five luxury suites is outfitted in chic, airy white decor and has an expansive bedroom, a spacious living room, and a terrace overlooking the stunning lagoon and private beach. The rooms include ultra-fast WiFi, Apple TV and on-demand movies, sure to keep everyone entertained. The shared outdoor space includes a main pool (with a sleekly-designed infinity edge that seems to melt into the crystalline waters beyond it), and traditional Tahitian Fare Potee—a covered area that includes an elegant, teak-outfitted cocktail bar and SONOS sound system, perfect for enjoying a night of cocktails, friends, and fun under the stars.
