OverviewThe Outpost Mothership takes sailing to new level with unparalleled Eleven Experience ease and service from their outstanding crew from their expert captain to gourmet chef, guest experience specialist and superior guides. Just 30 miles from Key West across the Boca Grande Channel is an angler’s fantasy come to life. Sail on Eleven Experience's Outpost Mothership in the Marquesas, a pristine saltwater wilderness in a ring of islands that surrounds a shallow lagoon and spans an area of about 15 miles. A variety of grass and sand flats, channels, and cuts create the ideal habitat for the Big Three: tarpoon, permit, and bonefish. Nearby, wreck and reef fishing in the Gulfstream beacons.
Tarpoon fishing season starts off with a bang in the Everglades, where there is one of the largest populations of tarpoon anywhere in the country. There is no such thing as an 8-4 routing on this boat in the Everglades; you can fish from sunrise to sunset and then return to the mothership to enjoy some rest and relaxation in pure luxury.
Set sail to Louisiana's expansive wetlands which are teeming with vibrant wildlife. Around every bend you encounter redfish habitat; quiet bays, meandering creeks, ponds and channels, where plentiful redfish forage for food in shallow water. Most casts are between 10 and 40 feet, which makes this ideal for fly anglers of all ability levels. Expeditions for the Outpost Mothership sail in the Marquesas Keys from May 1st to July 15th and March 1st to April 25th in the Everglades and October 26th – January 31st in Louisana's wetlands.
