Spectacular locations, stellar service, and sumptuous facilities are part of what makes the Grecotel collection so special. One of Greece’s leading hospitality groups, Grecotel boasts a diverse portfolio of 40 properties across the country’s most coveted destinations. We’re thrilled to add three of its most iconic brands to our portfolio.

The Dolli

First up is THE DOLLI, a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel that offers an unmatched view of Greece’s Acropolis. Named by Condé Nast Traveler as the top hotel in Athens last year, the iconic hotel-maison astonishes with 46 individually appointed rooms, suites, apartments, and pieds-à-terre bathed in Athenian light, as well as a breathtaking infinity pool reflecting the most stunning part of the city on its waters. The DOLLI·S rooftop restaurant is the ultimate ‘pièce de résistance’, a coveted culinary invitation with panoramic views of the city’s most celebrated sites: the Parthenon, the Erechtheion, and the Ancient and Roman Agoras, among others.

The Dolli

Guests are welcomed by the immaculate façade of the original historic 1925 neoclassical building, with its stunning arches and lines, high ceilings, and imposing windows. THE DOLLI’s owners embarked on a pursuit of the rare and exceptional to restore the building’s heritage with meticulous craftsmanship and authentic finesse. Designed by the renowned Greek architect Andreas Kriezis, the hotel stands out as a contemporary icon in Plaka, at the historical center of the city. The Lobby is captivating at first sight, with walls embellished with original art pieces from Jean Cocteau, whimsical works by François-Xavier and Claude Lalanne and Alexander Calder, 18th century antiques, custom-made furniture and objects from the finest contemporary designers, as well as a collection of ancient Greek ceramics on display.

46 exclusive, light-filled rooms, suites, and apartments, embrace the freedom and flair of elegant private residences, offering brilliant views, exquisite interiors, sumptuous textures, bespoke details, Guerlain amenities and delicate service.

Corfu Imperial

Next up is Corfu Imperial, a crown jewel resort that epitomizes true luxury in a spectacular setting. Set on its own private peninsula overlooking the Ionian Sea, it offers sandy bays and secret shores, captivating nature, lush gardens, panoramic views, and countless curated experiences.

With its enchanting blend of architectural styles and aristocratic flair, the resort brims with dreamy touches. There are immaculate gardens, Olympic-sized pool after pool, an exquisite Elixir Spa, and fine cuisine across a myriad of indulgent restaurants and bars.

With suites, bungalows, and villas scattered far and wide, it has one of the most extensive selections of room styles in all of Corfu. Its unique, new Waterfront Villa collection and colorful Roc Villas and Palazzos – nestled among olive groves with private pools, emerald gardens, and sea decks – indulge the most luxury-seeking crowd. In 2024, the resort will also premiere brand new Penthouse Suites and Family Rooms with stunning views that set a high standard for comfort and tailored living.

Corfu Imperial

Why not hop in the Riva boat to explore the many coves and bays with the family as you scuba and snorkel together? Corfu living and flair is celebrated at the Grecotel-created Danilia, a unique replica of a traditional Corfiot village, the perfect setting for an unforgettable feast. And nestled within the serene embrace of Nissaki, Corfu Imperial recently unveiled a new Open Air Cinema, designed to elevate chill evenings into magical moments.

Corfu Imperial is also immensely family-friendly; kids are treated like celebs, with their own amenities, dining menus, discovery adventures, Grecoland play area, welcome gifts, and much more!

Cape Sounio

And finally, Cape Sounio in the Athens Riviera brings us back to the same Ancient Greek focus as The Dolli, allowing guests to relive myths and legends while overlooking the famous Temple of Poseidon. The resort is nestled among ancient ruins and a pristine pine forest at the edge of the Aegean Sea. Cape Sounio offers the perfect setting for witnessing stunning sunsets and the world’s most acclaimed full moons, with the renowned Temple as a backdrop. Just 45 minutes from the center of Athens, Cape Sounio is a wondrous haven within a pure nature reserve, making it the ideal spot for a rejuvenating escape.

The resort is currently undergoing a property-wide transformation. On May 1, 2024, it will unveil cutting-edge new villas bathed in sunlight and offering views of the Temple, along with totally revamped accommodations where harmonious design complements the stunning views. It will also premiere its sophisticated new restaurants and outstanding amenities.

Cape Sounio

Experience the soul of the Riviera through a wealth of activities, both indoors and out. Cape Sounio’s gastronomy experience is a handpicked ensemble of fine dining across six restaurants and bars, showcasing fresh produce, soulful preparation, and unpretentious flavors. The revamped Elixir Spa offers a rejuvenating retreat among centuries-old pine trees. Among Cape Sounio’s many guest activities are underwater diving days and private yacht cruises – try one at sunset with champagne, classical music, and an unforgettable voyage around the base of Poseidon’s Temple.

Corfu Imperial

While each of these brands has its own character and unique experiences, there are threads in common that weave them into the great and the glorious Grecotel tapestry. Personal heartfelt hospitality, inspiring attention to detail, as well as discreet and seamless execution are all essential ingredients of the Grecotel philosophy.

Gastronomy is a major staple, rooted in the fresh produce from the edible gardens of each resort, the refined quality of the dishes on offer, as well as the plentiful choices for fine dining across global cuisines. Some restaurants are specific to Corfu Imperial, such as Aristos, encapsulating French finesse and Greek soul and Merlin’s Bar & Restaurant, blending fusion imagination and haute cuisine. The breathtaking waterfront restaurant Yali set on stilts, can be enjoyed at both Corfu Imperial and Cape Sounio for catch-of-the-day seafood.

Incredible accommodations are another shared element across the properties. The aesthetics reflect the sense of place, the history, and the surroundings of each hotel. While bungalows are only available at Cape Sounio and the incredible Medusa Estate is exclusive to Corfu Imperial, the dedication to creating different types of hideaways is apparent everywhere the Grecotel group touches. They want you to have the option of a private pool, they want you to pick between complete seclusion and semi, and they want to promise every guest that no matter which option they book, striking elegance, comforting touches, and restorative luxury go without saying.

So whether it’s the private bays of Cape Sounio inviting you to bask in the full moon’s glow like nowhere else on earth, the splendid marvels Corfu Imperial offers in abundance, or a stunning Maison that will make you feel like royalty, these iconic Grecotel getaways are sure to leave guests longing to return for more, more, more.
