A New Chapter for Andronis Luxury Suites

Andronis, an award-winning collection of five-star hotels across Greece, unveils an exciting new chapter in 2025. Andronis Luxury Suites—the group’s original hotel—will undergo a major renovation, set to be revealed in May 2025, alongside the opening of a new restaurant.
Andronis was born in 2006 when Miltiadis Andronis arrived in Santorini, his heart and imagination set alight by the island’s beauty and the Aegean’s magic. He saw not just magnificent landscapes and spellbinding sunsets, but a new way of connecting with Santorini’s wild beauty and sharing its unique spirit with the world. This little spark of imagination came to life as the 5-star Andronis Luxury Suites, one of the first luxury hotels on the island. Miltiadis Andronis has since expanded the portfolio to include five hotels across the two beautiful island destinations of Santorini and Paros, featuring 253 suites and villas, six restaurants, and four award-winning spas in total.
In 2025, Mr Andronis will return to his original passion project, Andronis Luxury Suites, gifting the property an extensive renovation that elevates the property to equal to 6-star standards. This refresh will see the hotel merging with its neighbouring sister property, Alta Mare by Andronis, increasing the number of rooms available to guests. A comprehensive redesign will give each guest room a completely new look, while the Mare Sanus Spa will undergo significant enhancements.
Additionally, a new Greek-style Taverna, Milto’s Greek Table, will debut. The new restaurant, named after the owner himself, will stand as an homage to his legacy, offering guests an authentic Greek culinary experience. It will also beautifully complement the hotel’s existing and world-renowned Lycabettus Restaurant, which will be receiving strategic updates during the renovations. This evolution positions Andronis Luxury Suites as the Caldera’s most innovative hotel, becoming the only one to feature two distinct dining venues.
To further enhance the guest experience, Andronis Luxury Suites will introduce an exclusive offering for the upcoming season. Guests staying in one of the hotel’s Pool Villas will enjoy complimentary access to a MINI COOPER Cabrio for one day during their stay. This thoughtful addition invites them to venture out and explore the outstanding natural beauty of Santorini, immersing themselves in the island’s rich cultural and historical treasures.
Andronis Luxury Suites was recently awarded five stars by The Forbes Travel Guide for the third time, and has been instrumental in preserving Santorini’s heritage and redefining the island’s hospitality landscape since its inception. Its upcoming renovation promises to set a new benchmark for the island’s future. This legacy will be further solidified when Andronis Luxury Suites joins the prestigious LEGEND Collection by Preferred Hotels & Resorts at the start of the 2025 season.
